Catalyst Inc. (“the Company”) establishes the following Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal information for the Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Services and the GTM Maturity Assessment Tool (collectively, “the Services”) provided on this website.

Article 1 – Definition of Personal Information

“Personal Information” refers to information defined under Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information, including but not limited to: name, date of birth, address, email address, company name, job title, and any other information that can identify a specific individual, as well as personal identifiers.

Article 2 – Methods of Collecting Personal Information

The Company may obtain personal information in the following situations:

  • When users submit information through the GTM Maturity Assessment form
  • When users submit inquiries via the contact form
  • When users request materials or register their email address
  • When users apply for seminars or events
  • When browsing the website (including cookies, IP address, browsing behavior logs, etc.)

The Company may also obtain information from external services used for analytics or measurement.

Article 3 – Purposes of Use

The Company uses personal information for the following purposes:

  • 1. To provide and operate the Services
  • 2. To analyze responses and deliver GTM Maturity Assessment reports
  • 3. To respond to inquiries and verify identity
  • 4. To improve the Services and conduct marketing analysis
  • 5. To provide information on new services, events, and seminars (only with user consent)
  • 6. To communicate important notices and perform system maintenance
  • 7. To prevent unauthorized use and ensure safety
  • 8. For purposes reasonably related to the above

Article 4 – Changes to the Purpose of Use

The Company may change the purposes of use only when the new purpose is reasonably related to the original purpose.
When changes are made, they will be announced on the website or communicated to users.

Article 4-2 Retention Period of Personal Information

We retain personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use specified in this Policy. Once the purpose has been fulfilled, or when a deletion request is made by the individual, we will promptly delete or anonymize the information. However, we may retain information for a longer period if required by applicable laws and regulations.

Article 5 – Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company will not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

A fee of 1,000 yen per request will be charged.
Non-personal information such as browsing logs or characteristic information will not be disclosed.

Article 7 – Correction and Deletion of Personal Information

Users may request correction, addition, or deletion of their personal information.
If deemed necessary, the Company will promptly make corrections and notify the user of the result.

Article 8 – Suspension of Use

If the user requests suspension or deletion due to unauthorized acquisition or misuse, the Company will investigate and take appropriate action. If suspension is difficult, alternative measures will be taken.

Article 9 – Revisions to This Policy

The Company may revise this Privacy Policy without prior notice.
Revisions become effective upon publication on this website.

Article 10 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation and application of this Policy, as well as any and all disputes arising between the Company and users in connection with the Service, shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising between the Company and users in connection with the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance.
