Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the “Go-to-Market Strategy”, “GTM Assessment”, and related services (“the Service”) provided by Catalyst Inc. (“the Company”). All users of the Service (“Users”) are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

  • 1. These Terms apply to all relationships between the User and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
  • 2. Any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on this website (“Individual Rules”) constitute a part of these Terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

1. The Service
  • All services provided by the Company, including:
  • Go-to-Market strategy consulting
  • GTM maturity assessment (web-based assessment and PDF report)
  • Seminars, events, and email communications
  • Website browsing and information provision
  • Consulting based on GTM assessment results
  • GTM analysis, proposals, and improvement support
  • Any other services incidental or related to the above

2.User
Any individual or corporation who browses or uses the Service.

3.Assessment Service
A service that calculates GTM maturity and generates a report based on the User’s input.

Article 3 (User Registration)

  • 1. Some functions of the Service require Users to enter their email address and other necessary information.
  • 2. Users must not provide false, inaccurate, or incomplete information.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following actions:

  • 1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  • 2. Criminal or criminal-related acts
  • 3.Disrupting or interfering with the operation of the Service
  • 4.Illegally collecting or using information of other users
  • 5.Providing false information
  • 6.Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or engaging in other technical misconduct
  • 7.Infringing the Company’s intellectual property rights
  • 8.Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 5 (Handling of Assessment and Reports)

1. Data entered by Users in the assessment form will be handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.

2. The PDF assessment report may only be used by the User personally. The following actions are prohibited:

  • Reproducing, distributing, or publicly sharing the report in whole or in part without permission
  • Using the report for commercial purposes without the Company’s approval
  • Altering the content of the report and providing it to third parties

3. The assessment service strives for accuracy but does not guarantee the completeness or precision of the results.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  • 1All copyrights, trademarks, logos, designs, images, and other intellectual property related to the Service belong to the Company or rightful third parties.
  • 2Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content without permission.

Article 7 (Service Modifications and Suspension)

1.The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice if:
  • System maintenance is required
  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters occur
  • The Company deems suspension necessary
2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

1.The Company does not guarantee the absence of defects (including safety, accuracy, reliability, completeness, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose).

2.The Company is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

3.The Company is not involved in and assumes no responsibility for disputes between Users or between Users and third parties.

4.The Company does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the information, assessment results, or reports provided. Users shall use the Service at their own discretion and responsibility.

5.The Company does not guarantee any outcomes, including increased revenue, operational improvement, market entry success, hiring success, business growth, or any similar results.

Article 9 (Privacy Policy)

The handling of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy separately established by the Company.

Article 10 (Suspension and Deregistration)

The Company may suspend or remove a User’s registration without prior notice if the User violates these Terms.

Article 11 (Amendments to the Terms)

  • 1. The Company may amend these Terms without prior notice.
  • 2. The amended Terms shall take effect once posted on the Company’s website.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  • 1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
  • 2. In the event of any litigation arising in connection with the Service, the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
